2. Overview
This website provides information about the services of LVSN Visuals and lets you request a project or a callback. Personal data is processed only where necessary to operate the website, to handle your inquiry, or — exclusively with your consent — for anonymised audience measurement. We do not sell data and there is no third-party advertising.

3. Hosting, content delivery and server logs (Cloudflare)
This website is operated entirely on the infrastructure of Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; for EEA users: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany): hosting runs on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare additionally acts as DNS provider, content delivery network (CDN) and reverse proxy — all requests to lvsnvisuals.com pass through Cloudflare servers, which cache content, provide TLS encryption and mitigate attacks (e.g. DDoS, spam bots).

In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, user agent, referrer, TLS parameters) to the extent required for delivery, security and stability of the website. Requests from our contact funnel (section 6) and the call button are also processed by a serverless function operated at Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers); form data is not permanently stored at Cloudflare. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, fast and reliable provision of the website). Server logs are retained by Cloudflare only for as long as required to ensure operation.

A data processing agreement (Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum including EU Standard Contractual Clauses) is in place; Cloudflare, Inc. is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Consent management (cookie banner)
On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent to the audience measurement described in section 5. Your choice (“accept all”, “necessary only” or an individual selection) is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage entry lvsn-consent-v1: chosen setting and timestamp); no data is transferred to us or third parties for this purpose. Storing your choice is strictly necessary within the meaning of Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG in order to respect your decision. Without consent (or after declining), no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link (also in the footer of every page); withdrawal takes effect for the future.

5. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)
If you have consented, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies (including the _ga cookie) that enable an analysis of your use of the website (e.g. pages visited, session duration, approximate region, device used). Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; IP addresses are truncated at collection and are not logged. We have also implemented Google Consent Mode v2: before you consent, all storage (“analytics_storage”, “ad_storage”) is set to “denied” and no Google script is loaded.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Processing takes place under a data processing agreement with Google (Google Ads Data Processing Terms). Personal data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. User-level data stored in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months (configured retention period).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings; analytics cookies already set will then be removed. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Project inquiries, callback requests and email contact
If you request a project or a callback via our inquiry form, we process the data you enter: for project inquiries, your details about the project (project type, timeframe, location, intended usage, optionally budget range and description) as well as your name, email address and optionally phone number, company and address; for callback requests, your name, phone number and preferred time window. The sole purpose of processing is to handle and answer your inquiry, including preparing a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). The same applies if you contact us directly by email.

After submitting, you receive an automatic confirmation email at the address provided; the inquiry itself is delivered to our mailbox. For sending these emails we use Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, 1855 Luxembourg, with processing in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). A data processing agreement (AWS Data Processing Addendum) is in place with AWS; where data is transferred to third countries, Amazon Web Services, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Form data is not permanently stored on the web server; it is processed solely for email delivery.

Your inquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial and tax law) apply.

7. Paid on-site preparation session
If you select the option of a paid on-site preparation session in the inquiry form, a contract about it is only concluded upon our express confirmation (quote/appointment confirmation) — submitting the form does not create any payment obligation. The processing of the data required for this is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Bavaria, the competent authority for non-public bodies is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
